Floral Polka-dot F21 Dress

Cute button up dress from Forever 21 with a fun floral and polka dot pattern. Size medium, but would better fit a size small. The material is quite light. I recommend wearing a slip, nude biker shorts or nude underwear under. The fit is a slight fit and flare. Looks super cute with a pair of white sneakers!
