Not as white as in photo…more ivory. Width of waistband is 14.25 inches and length of skirt is 25 inches. Width of hip area is 17 inches. Please keep in mind that there is no lining so this skirt has good stretch to it and is extremely comfortable. Fabric is good quality and thick so there is no transparency. Excellent like-new condition.
