Hi! is the dress bunched at the waist or is the dress sort of relaxed fit and you cinch it with the tie?

@ewallacevancity Hi there, I would say it is fitted with a belt that is of the same fabric. So you could technically use that the cinch it at the waist. The ear loops that secure the belt are black threads. I've added a picture showing the belt and waist measurement of the dress.
