Floral Skirt

Black floral skirt with an asymmetrical hem and a lace detail around the hips! With an elastic waist it’s extremely comfy to wear, and great for waist sizes 26-44” (13” across when laid flat and ~22” when stretched wide), but I think someone who normally wears a medium would be comfy in it. Two layers of fabric, bottom layer has top portion of opaque material, and the floral material has a floaty sheerness to it. Small sparkles speckled throughout. Lots of fabric means it’s great for swooshing!
