Floral Sleeveless Dress in Blue and Gray

Elegant sleeveless dress with a floral pattern. Brand new with tags. Note: there are small loops for a belt (see photo) but when I purchased this dress, it did not come with a belt. Can be easily removed if you choose not to wear a belt. Was originally $68 USD.
