This dress has beautiful vibrant colours! Very versatile, can be worn as a dress, or a flowy top with leggings and a belt or a open vest with a dress or top and pants. Comes just below the knee. No size tag, it was bought at a boutique store, but it is a free size. It would fit from a XL to a 3X. Arm holes are nice and big to it would not be too tight.
