Floral Strapless Dress

Fun and Flirty floral strapless dress, sculpted bust with boning through the bodice for support. Black tulle at the bottom of underskirt to add pouf and flair. Has 2 small belt loops on either side, back zipper. Length comes to about mid/upper thigh. Recommended for those with a smaller chest, also able to wear without a bra.
