Floral Summer Wrap Dress

Baby blue floral dress with adjustable tie at the bust, cut-out design and is a fully adjustable wrap dress hence flexible on size. Physically fits me a size M/8 but short as I am 5’8. would be more comfortable on a size S or XS or up to a M as a swim coverup. Skirt is lined, light durable fabric that has a nice texture. Purchased from Winners, size small. from Worn 1x, in like-new condition.
