Floral Vintage button down dress

Vintage Floral button down dress in soft rayon. Butterfly sleeves which are so romantic and free to move in, no clinging fabric under the arm, perfect for summer. Very good vintage condition, no rips or stains. One tear on the inside lining, please see photo. I think this dress was lovingly handmade by someone. Beautiful and flattering slimming shape, the length covers the knee fully on me ( my height is 5.9) There are no tags, I would say it is M/L US dress size 8-10 pit to pit flat measurements buttoned up approx 22.5 inch - 22.7 inch.
