Floral blue maxi dress

Blue and brown floral maxi-length dress. Has a wrap skirt style so the skirt can be open-slit up to tie waist. Some wear as pictured - a little bit of fraying on material at the back of neck above size tag. And one belt string has come apart but doesn’t really affect the tie waist.
