Floral cocktail dress

Great little off the shoulder cocktail dress. Tag says it’s a medium but it fits on the small side so I’ve listed this as a small. Back hangs slightly lower than the front and it has a delicate tie-back to synch in the waist. Fully lined. Looks fabulous when worn! No zippers or buttons, it’s a pullover style dress. Dimensions: Bust 17” across Waist 16” across Length 46”
