Floral cut-out midi dress

Lovely black and white floral midi dress with elastic waist and peekaboo cutouts giving the illusion of a high waisted skirt and crop top. It’s such a beautiful piece but I just haven’t found any occasion to wear it, and I rarely wear dresses these days in the first place. It’s supposed to be a midi length, but on my 5’3” bod it’s really a maxi. NWT This is in storage at the moment, so I don’t actually have pictures of the garment but I never wore it out, and it fits me perfectly as a typically size 16, XL, so I’m listing it as an XL I believe it’s rayon
