katrinaterry @carlawe armpit to armpit is 18” and top strap to bottom of dress is 35.5”. There isn’t a really a distinct waist Honestly a 9 out of 10. The is beautiful and I don’t think I ever wore it.

carlawe Thanks! Like you please just lift the ruffle around the waistline and measure that laying flat? That will work. It’s a bit stretchy? Lastly, please confirm the washing instructions.... 😀🙏🏻
