NWOT! I tried this dress on once and realized the flutter sleeves are sadly not for me. Has a detachable belt (seen in pics 5 & 6) and v-neckline (as seen in pic 2).
Note: I generally wear 3X (size 3 in torrid) but based on the Shein sizing chart I ordered up and the 4X fit well :)
