Vintage/retro look Cowlneck dress Summer dress By mashajlynn - they have an Instagram and make beautiful handmade dresses! Measurements laying flat~ Length: 27 inches (without dress straps measured) Longest that straps hang is 7 inches but they are adjustable and can go shorter Bust: 16 inches would fit 30-32 it is kind of a cowl scoop neckline so it hangs anyways Waist: 14 14.5 inches (laying flat!) This can fit on smaller sizes it just won’t be tight to your body. It will likely fit at the bust and then hang down more straight instead of shaping the waist. The dress also has cute slits at the bottom :) Bought this dress a few years ago and just have not ever worn it out.
