Floral print cap sleeve knee-length dress

NWT floral print dress. Beautiful bold yellow with pink and blue floral. Dress features ruffled cap sleeves, a faux wrap tie with ruffles down the left thigh and an elastic waist band to accentuate curves. Hits just below the knee on me (5’8). Super light material - cute and comfy for the summer.
