Floral print dress with bell-sleeves

Perfect for fall! Mini dress but not too short. Zipper up the back halfway up the back and then tied up at the neck. Cinches in at the waist. Burgundy with floral print. Size medium from forever 21 which is usually way too small for me but fits a true medium. Never worn.
