Floral print tie front dress

Fun lightweight summer dress with a gorgeous tie-front and slit in the front. I love the teal background and chrysanthemum print! I've taken an under bust measurement (in the photos), and the dress is basically free / A line from there. New without tags, purchased from Amazon for a wedding but the bust didn't fit me quite right (34B) so never worn.
