Floral puff sleeve blouse

This is the cutest top! Found at a thrift store but unfortunately the sleeve opening are too tight - best fits an xs Not sure of the brand but I am assuming it came from Asia. It is absolutely adorable with a floral print, little eyelet details, puff sleeves, and cute plastic buttons
