Floral ruched dress - NWT

Love this dress. Unfortunately too small for me and was final sale. Fits more like a medium in my opinion. No stretch in it, invisible zipper on side. Not as short or low cut as the model makes it look, it can definitely be worn to family or work events. Measurements laying dress flat: From armpit to armpit- 21 inches Just under bust line where ruching begins- 16 inches Widest part of ruched area around hips is 20 inches Again this dress has no stretch. I am usually a size 10, my bra size is C38 and this dress is too tight around my bust area.
