23 inches shoulder to hem, pit to pit is around 18.5-19 inches but has quite a bit of stretch. I’m a 36f and it fits me but is a bit snug. The drawstrings can be pulled to make the top more ruched and shorter can fit with a y2k, 90s, 70s or 60s aesthetic or vibe depending on how to style it, the print is very retro looking
