Floral shirred cottagecore dress, women’s small

This lovely dress is off-white/ivory with black flowers and brown flecks. The shoulders can be worn up or down, the latter providing a nice flirty vibe. Hits above the knee, and there’s plenty of allowance due to the shirring throughout the full length of the dress - could fit an XS to M. Tags removed, unsure of the brand!
