Floral tie-front dress

Gorgeous floral dress by Vera + Lucy. Short flutter sleeves, cinched waist and adorable tie across the chest. Layered ruffled skirt. Made with floaty chiffon fabric for lots of movement! Interior is lined. Purchased in LA and devastated to sell it but no longer fits! I hope someone else loves her! Size: L (fits medium - listed as such!)
