hi! is this a cover up over swimsuit type dress? is the cinch clip in the front the only part that comes together?

@bolwellalice hi! Sorry for the late response. I just tried taking more photos of the dress however the front clip did come off so I don’t think it can be worn without sewing a new one, unless it was used as a coverup!
