Flouncy black mini skirt

Sundays best size 8 black skirt. Could not find exact skirt for product photo. Skirt is similar in fabric and style as the last two photos, except there is no tie on the hip. Zipper closure at the back. Two detergent stains form dry cleaner on inside of skirt, does not show on outside. Not sure how it happened. Size 8, Black
