Flower fairies lullaby dance / Halloween costume

Fit approx 2t-3t but please refer to the attached sizing chart  One of my favorite dresses it’s so pretty in person! Would be perfect for a flower girl in a wedding with turquoise as part of the theme Spandex leotard has floral mesh overlay with spot sequins and coated spandex waistband with attached bow. Front neckline has ruffles with stretch spot sequin trim. Attached skirt has layers of tulle under a floral mesh petal peplum with spot sequins. Includes bun topper, hanger, and garment bag.
