Flowly top with cut out design

Super fun black sleeveless top with cut out floral pattern on back. Hem also has a cut out pattern. No size tag, but guessing it's a medium based on how it fits. 18 1/2 inches from pit to pit, 25 inches from shoulder to hem. No stretch.
