Flowy Floral Dress by Donna Morgan NWOT

Loose and Flowy pretty floral dress by Donna Morgan. Beautiful long bell sleeves. This dress is from my personal closet and I have never worn it. The size is 6 and the lie flat measurements are Pit to pit 21" and length is 38". The elastic neckline gives some flexibility to the fit. Fabric is chiffon like, polyester. Fully lined. Can be machine washed. The belt for this dress is missing. So I am pricing this quite low for that reason. There are fabric belt loops (see second to last photo) so you can add your own belt or wear without a belt, which I personally think looks better.
