Flowy Floral Mini Skirt with built-in shorts

SIZE: Please see measurements COLOUR: Blue, white, yellow floral CONDITION: Good Flowy mini skirt with a beautiful floral pattern. It has an elastic on the back in the waist which gives it a bit of stretch in the waist and also has built-in shorts. Has very few signs of wear and is in good used condition. This skirt does not have an inside tag and therefore does not have a size clearly indicated. That being said, it fits very similar to a size Small/size 4 on me and the measurements are very similar to other skirts I own that are those sizes.
