Flowy knee length skirt. Sz 8

This knee length skirt has a very comfy wide stretch waistband. Sits on the hips. No label but I bought it at Nordstrom Rack. Pretty sure it’s a size 8 but it could be a size 10. The top layer of the skirt is a thin gauzy chiffon and it has a black under skirt. Perfect with black stockings and knee high boots for fall winter!
