Flowy linen High-Low skirt

Altered to fit smaller/ tighter around waist. Skirt is a size large but would fit size small or medium. Took elastic waist band out and attached thick ribbon that ties as tight / loose as you’d like. Ties in back. I’m 5’7” and it’s nice and long in the back on me. Wore it to a wedding with a tight black tank under and haven’t worn it again.
