Flowy, oversized floral dress

SUPER cute, & flowy floral dress that fits super wide, sleeves are narrower with a button enclosure at the wrist. Bought it about 8 years ago in a random store in New York City. I'm 5'9" and it goes to the knee. It's made of poly. Super breezy and light, loved wearing it with white runners but could be dressed up with heels. CUTE!
