@e_sunshine2 hi, overall, these pants are very stretchy. The waist without being stretched at all is 10 inches. When stretched all the way, the waist measures 23 inches. Stretched a reasonable 5hat they would be worn at could be 18 inches. The measurement from the crotch to the bottom of the leg is 31 inches.
