Flowy white long-sleeve dress

Got this dress from Asia as a layering piece and pair with a cute knit vest/sweater. Size says XL (Asian size) but fits more like a small. I wear small/medium in tops and this fits fine. It is sheer with a thin lining underneath, so nude slip dress/underwear is needed. It hits midi length on me (I’m 5’3”). Never worn.
