A bit of a distressed leather look. Can’t seem to find the size listed on the boots. Silky smooth liner. The last picture compares them to a size 37 London Fly Shoe. Inside zip closure. Sole insert has been removed - which you’d likely want to replace anyway. See photo.

relove_preloved @kinderwonders hi there! I’ve posted two measurements. Hope that helps. There is a back split at the back top of the boots that allows for a little width flexibility at the top as well.
