ebposh1 Is the fabric still there to let down the hem?

goblynns @ebposh1 there's about an inch and a half of fabric that you could unfold I do believe. It may leave a bit of a line though. I don't know if the Hem is raw under it or not. it feels like it's probably raw underneath. I didn't take it apart
