Structurally very good condition BUT they have a COUPLE SMALL CUTS / SCRATCHES in material, not big and below the knee only which could be fixed with appropriate gear tape or used as is and they are also STAINED . Other than that, they are in great structural shape, zippers lining and all. These are very high-quality and very lightweight. They could be great for people who do traffic control on wet and cold days.
