Judging by the inscription, the mug was made in 1904 for the birth of Roderick Viscount Tarbat. The Foley porcelain factory mark confirms this. This stamp was used from 1985 to 1910. The only thing that makes it hard to believe is the condition of the mug. It is so well preserved that it can be considered at most 20 years old. Okay, 23...
