BNWT For love & Lemon White/Pink floral dress Perfect for summer! Sadly too small for me - this prob be best for medium individuals. There is no elastic stretch in the waist or the cuffs. Lay flat measurement Waist (no stretch): ~15.5” Forearm cuffs (no stretch- only button part has a small elastic see photo): ~ 5” I am about 5’4 and this lands just above the knees, and it comes with a slip dress.
