Sized as a medium the P to P is 20” and the waist is 18” - the waist is elasticized stretching at a full 22”. The size pleat skirt provides lots of flexibility on hip size up and down. The buttons on the front are functional if you want to open it up a bit and the beading will capture light and make you shimmer no matter what the time of day. It is in EUC the only issue to note is that one of the jade stone beads in one of the lower star bursts is missing.
