Hello, thank you for asking. Its Forever 21, large. Waist is 34 inches. Bust will fit up to about 36-38. I am 34 and the fits was good for me. I measured and Hip is about 42 inches in width. I have smaller hips but it fits really well. It’s loose fitting and flows beautiful. Top is made from slightly stretch material so it fits well and Is flexible.
