Forever 21 Blue Maxi Crepe Pleated Skirt With Slits

Maxi skirt by Forever 21. Size small and a beautiful blue. - Crepe / Pleated style - rough hem style on waistband - Slit on both legs! - Shorter skirt underneath the more sheer maxi part of the skirt (4th image) - Some threads have come undone (last picture) but otherwise fabulous condition - Fits my 25/26 inch waist and it's stretchy! It's pretty boho and so nice for the summer.
