Really cute button up high waist mini skirt. It’s in a beautiful dark forest green corduroy. In great condition, hardly worn, and surprisingly good quality for Forever 21. Has a couple pockets! A bit of stretch— 99% cotton 1% spandex. Size small. Waist is 13.5” laying flat (27” circumference), 15” length, bottom hem is 19” wide.
