dressesalways Hi! I wear a large in Dynamite. Most of my dresses are from there. I have two Forever21 off shoulder dresses in size large but they only have elastic waist and not smocked. Can you let me know the length of this one—from the elastic at my top middle to the bottom of the hem. I’m 50 so have to watch how short! It looks very cute! Thanks Carrie
