Forever 21 Crushed Velvet Off-the-shoulder Top

Excellent condition off-the-shoulder crushed velvet blouse from Forever 21. My preferred style of off-the-shoulder since the elastic around the bust and the arms is separate - I find these stay in place a lot better and offer greater freedom of movement. Color is a beautiful wine burgundy plum color great for fall.
