Forever 21 Embroidered Happy Face Zip-Up Hoodie AOP Oversized Green Womens XS

Excellent condition XS but oversized could fit a small Material and weight reminds me of a Scuba Hoodie. This particular piece is very well made and has a great all over print of embroidered smiley face. Not sure if it was a collab or limited edition. I purchased it from a TV/Movie set in Toronto and it is in excellent condition Green (lime green but a bit faded)
