Forever 21 Floral High Neck Sleeveless Blouse Size Small​​​​​​​

This is old school forever 21 when it was super amazing! Beautiful and flattering floral placement down the sides. Very very pretty on - I would be keeping if it wasn’t so snug on my bust. Very pretty - buttons at the nape of the neck. Great with a dressy trouser and also very pretty with denim Size small Pictures show measurements. Measurements are approximations - I am not a professional tailor or seamstress but do my best to take the most accurate measurements to my ability.
