Forever 21 Flowered Wrap Dress Small 🌺

Back zip, skirt part wraps and ties at waist. Ties behind neck. So pretty and flattering, the flower print and ruffles are super in rn. Really nice quality and style for Forever 21. Only worn once, I kinda don’t want to part with it but I don’t know if I’ll have a chance to wear this summer 😢
