Forever 21 Lace Mini Dress S

NWOT New, never worn except to try on. A bit too short from the dresses I usually wear, so stayed in my closet. Can be worn as a longer tube top as well. Fair condition. Has a stripe of silicone around the busy to help keep it up and also an invisible zipper to get it on and off easier. It is new, but was next to a red dress in my closet, so there appears to be some light pink transfer on the top back (see pictures). May come off in the wash. Smoke free and pet free home.
