Brand new Forever 21 black Maxi Skirt with all over floral pattern. Button and zipper on the side. Sizing says US 30, and the waist measures 15” across lying flat - no stretch. The skirt is approximately 45” long and the top 19” approx are lined, so the bottom part of the skirt is sheer. Brand new.
